So, you're a kid, eh? Or maybe you're just a kid at heart. Either way, you're headed in the right direction. Dallas/Fort Worth & Beyond is home to more fun per capita than any region in the country. No, really. Where else can you stare down a giraffe, chill island-style in a tropical-themed water park and reach dizzying heights on a rock-climbing wall all in one day? Yup, you said it. And it's all waiting for you right here. This custom tour is all you need to get started. Just be sure to pack a camera. These are memories you'll never want to forget.

SW Dairy Museum and Learning Center
Sulphur Springs

Contains exhibits depicting all aspects of milk production and processing from the early 20th century to the present.

This 10,000 square foot facility is a typical dairy-farm style building featuring a five-story silo that houses a conference room. One of our main exhibits is a series of historical vignettes that show the life of a dairy farm family before electricity came to rural America.

At the Southwest Dairy Museum, docents offer scheduled guided tours and can answer questions about the milk and the dairy industry.

With scheduled tours, visitors, including school children and tourists, can participate in demonstrations such as separating cream, which is the first step in the production of most dairy products. Another experience for visitors is the making of dairy products into butter, cheese, whipped cream or ice cream.
